There are lots of flyers that put up with mediocre service and expensive airfares from United and Delta (American too),
why. ? Because Southwest can’t be everywhere all the time

Sorry to hear of your troubles. With all of the flight cancellations / delays wait times via phone are bad. I'm surprised you only had to wait 45 minutes.
My advice is to reach out via e-mail. That also gives you a paper trail. Click on "contact us" below to proceed.

your best bet is to request a policy change is to click on "contact us" below and pick a contact method.
Not every airline is good for everyone all the time. Your best bet in this case might be to fly another airline.

Have you tried doing these things utilizing the confirmation number and passenger name as opposed to going thru your SW account.

Tattoos and piercings cannot be visible. You can have 'em but they'll need to be covered.
As far a facial hair goes, that topic had been discussed on the forum before:
Thank you for your questions and your interest in joining the Southwest family! We totally agree with @kelchrisjohnson and hopefully it’s not too late to save the curls. Per our uniform and appearance standards for this position hair longer than the top of the collar should be pulled back into a pony tail or braid. A beard, goatee, mustache, sideburns that is clean, short, combed and neatly trimmed is acceptable. Neither hair length or facial hair cannot interfere with the safety performing any job duties. In summary and in the words of the great Billy Joel - Don’t go changing, we LUV you just the way you are, curls and all!
Good luck in your interview and we hope you have a good hair day;)

Since much of SW is unionized, I suspect that the union contracts define who does what.

Sorry to hear about the passing of your brother in law.
I went thru this with a close friend 4 years ago.
Upon notification, SW refunded the ticket that was still in effect. I memory serves, it did the same with travel funds -- to the original form of payment. SW did not ask to see a death certificate.
'It did not close the RR account, allowing an authorized user to use his RR account/points for tickets. 4 years later the account is still open and points are still being used.
As mentioned above, that is the best way of using the points.

Not sure what happened in your case.
I went back and checked and found that i got the e-mail notifying me that I had qualified on the same date as my second qualifying flight.
edit add: my guess is that, for whatever reason, SW's computer system did not think that you had qualified

My experience is that Southwest treats all fares the same way.
If you get to the airport late and miss your flight (due to flat tire, or flooded roads, or accident on your road, etc)
1) You do not pay more
2) You are put on the standby list for the next flight -- you may or may not get a seat -- that's the risk - nothing is guaranteed..
What happens if you don't get out on the day you were originally scheduled to fly? I dunno.

I feel the OP's pain, I registered, I bought the required tickets, and completed the flights in the required time frame and received zero acknowledgement. I reached out repeatedly on twitter and got no response. Nothing showed up in my RR account. Fortunately, I ultimately renewed my annual CP at the end of November by hitting 125,000 points so I stopped worrying about it since it no longer mattered. (Just used a CP this past weekend.)
Just curious any posters here actually get the mini-CP promotion successfully?
Poor form on SWA's part here communication wise, perhaps they just couldn't handle the deluge?
You would not have gotten a confirmation of you achieving the shortened CP if you achieved the regular one before the shortened one communication would have been sent.

Sorry, but I think she was full of beans.
Anecdotally, snowboarders can pack anything in their snowboard bags (also free if under 50 pounds) boots, gloves, jackets, pants, goggles, socks, knee braces, hats, etc. --Any and everything that fits.
I can't imagine the rules would be different for golf bags.
She had no business asking what was in the bag because the only things that can't be in any bags are those things banned by the TSA.

My guess is one side or the other.
Even if the plane is flying right down the middle of the beach (unlikely), you can't look straight down to see anything. The "blind spot" is probably at least 30-40 of 180 degrees.

When you go to "my account, " you find the flight you want to change, and then for that flight click on change. Since it is a round trip you then have to select the outbound or inbound flight.
The next screen that comes up shows the to/from cities for the flight, and the departure date.
Click on the calendar button withing departure date, and then pick a new date.

Only if you used your Rapid Rewards number for the reservation. If you log into your RR account, it will be listed under "travel funds available".
If you didn't use your RR number, I think you are out of luck..

Sorry to hear that.
I believe that all customer transactions that involve transfers of money are registered as taking place central time- fare sales, ticket purchases, etc.
It is not advertised so you ran into the problem.
You might want to send a snail mail to Southwest's president.
Snail mail address is listed in "contact us" below.

The rudder is part of the vertical stabilizer -- ie tail.
It was more than just the rudder that fell off the AA A300.

It is a well know fact that to have points count in the 2021 colander year, they must be EARNED in 2021.
Credit card earned RR points are earned on a statement date. 2021 statement dates earn 2021 points. 2022 statement dates earn 2022 points.
So points earned on any December 2021 statement are 2021 points..
Nothing about this is hidden.

No it can't.
Over tens of millions of flights over the last 60 years (the jet age), I am only aware of one instance when that happened. The vertical stabilizer ripped off an American A300 jet in NYC. The plane crashed. The NTSB ruled that the pilot performed rudder control operations beyond that which was allowed for the plane.

SW does have an "unofficial" policy on the matter. It'snot is writing, but I am unaware of the airline ever refusing to do what I am about to describe.
SW allows travelers to convert travel funds to vouchers. The voucher is valid for 6 months. The fee is $100 per travel fund. It cannot be done until after the travel fund has expired, and it must be done no later than 6 months after the expiration date.
If you have more than 1 travel fund per traveler, you may combine them to buy a ticket and then cancel that ticket. Thus reducing multiple $100 fees to one.
