I have the same question. I receive a very specific number if “action based bonus” points of 3,624. This is in addition to the posting of points from my credit card statement that included individual bonuses on internet purchased, Rapid Rewards partner, Southwest Travel. The only thing I think it could be are the 25% bonus on all credit card purchases associated with A-List membership. But I can’t re-calculate the number of bonus points by applying 25% to any number I see on any statement.. But if this isn’t the 25% bonus, I don’t know what ir is.

Well, it's reasonable to believe that some spam domains are blocked. But my ISP is comcast.net, and so is my wife's. But since I don't get southwest email and she does, it can't be an issue of blocking a domain.
But maybe my e-mail address is being blocked? The last time I checked, it wasn't. But, if that's a possibility, then southwest should notify us that the sending failed due to spam blockage. OR, we should be told WHAT spam blocking website we should check to see if our e-mails are being blocked so that we can take some action to remedy the situation.

You could be on a black list,or you could be in a country that cannot get to the SW web site. The web site is not available to every one in the world in every country in the world.
Your solutions:
1) Use a VPN .or.
2) Click on "contact us " below to get to Twitter or Facebook .or.
3) Try the SW app chat function.

Sounds like there's some confusion here. Southwest's military fare is basically a discount off the Anytime fare. Anytime fares are fully refundable, but are not the lowest cost fares available. For the cheapest fare, book Wanna Get Away. If you need refundability, and qualify, book a military fare.
If you're booking last minute, the military fare can actually be close to or lower than the Wanna Get Away one. This is a good use of the military fare.

You called back, I pressed ONE! and NO ONE was there!!!!!!!!!!! All that I want to do is add my TSA number to my profile. This should be not difficult. Pardon my skepticism, but ANYONE can claim to be someone else -- in this case Al Timpauer Southwest Airlines B737 Pilot If Big Al was sending that to prospective members of a hunting party , do you really think he would have put Southwest Airlines B737 Pilot in his message? Why? Why don't you tell us exactly how Big Al contacted you. Something smells awfully fishy.

I have been trying to get in contact with Southwest as I was part of the power outage delays that landed me without hotel accommodations stranded in Nashville airport after two canceled flights. It took me over 24 hours to get home from the east to orange county CA. The manager at the desk in Nashville said to call your line and I've tried 5 times since then to no avail. I spoke with someone in claims support who told me to comment on this forum for faster service ( which is ridiculous). 1400 flights were grounded so I understand there is a lot of frustrated people that want refunds. That being said, I caught the worst of it by far as I was canceled twice, and displaced from two airports. I never received any money as refund. Apparently there was some email sent about refunds however my email address listed on my account is from college that I no longer use ( which was just updated to my current one). I would have expected that any communication would have been sent to the address I booked the reservations with but perhaps not. In summary, I expect to be followed up with. I missed a whole day of work due to the power outage. Things happen but I need Southwest to reimburse me for the time missed in a big way. Thanks, Sean

Yes, but that's a very poorly worded message that explains nothing about needing a credit card to access More Rewards at all. In fact, it blames COVID-19 and says reward redemption is suspended until further notice ... which apparently isn't true lol The messaging should be changed to say that you need a SW RR credit card to access the portal. --Jessica That is stated on the Southwest website, directly to the left of the Explore Rewards button you referenced earlier. FYI: Southwest stopped redemptions in the first few months of the pandemic. This was a reaction to the prospect of having to pay More Rewards for a huge number of points when members flocked to the site to use their points on things like gift cards, since travel for most essentially stopped. By limiting it to Chase customers, now Chase pays More Rewards for those points.

@PrincessLeah wrote: If I purchase business select tickets using only points and the fares/points decrease, can I be “refunded” the difference in points or is it only for non point purchases? And if so, am I understanding correctly that I should cancel and rebook in order to keep my tickets refundable? thanks Yes you can get the difference in points refunded to the account you used to book the flight. All you have to do is click change reservation then select the cheaper flight then proceed with the change and the points will be available to use instantly. **With points bookings those are refundable so even if you book a Wanna Get Away fare for a domestic flight and later on you need to cancel the $5.60/$11.20 security fee can be refunded and the points will go back to the account. So if you don't care that much about being A1-A15 you can book the wanna get away and save a bunch of points. -Blake

@Everyone..I've been flying for many years and have found there is no temperature that will please everyone. I've even found as I've aged that planes just seem to be colder? But even before that, it's always been protocol for me to just carry on with me a light jacket, that has pretty much solved the issue. And at times, saved me at my destination where I was unprepared for the drop in temperature while I was there.

Certain items do not. SW agrees to transport the items, but does not accept responsibility for them due to increased risk associated with them. The airline advises the passenger of this fact, and provides a waiver which the customer must sign before the airline accepts the checked item. details are included in the airline’s contract of carriage: ” Unsuitable Baggage Subject to Limited Release of Liability Carrier may, at its sole discretion, but is not obligated to, accept Baggage unsuitable for Carriage as Checked Baggage, subject to a Limited Release of Liability, as provided below: (1) Voluntary Separation for which Carrier is not liable for delay; (2) Fragile and unsuitably packed items for which Carrier is not liable for damage and loss of contents; (3) Previously damaged items for which Carrier is not liable for damage and loss of contents; (4) Inadequately packaged or over-packed items for which Carrier is not liable for damage and loss of contents; (5) Perishable items for which Carrier is not liable for spoilage, damage, or delay; (6) Soft-sided cases or unprotected/unpacked items, for which Carrier is not liable for damaged and loss of contents; (7) High-Value Items described in paragraph (i) of this Section, for which Carrier assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay; (8) Late-tendered Baggage for which Carrier is not liable for delay; and (9) Items where specific requirements under this Section are not met, for which Carrier is not liable for loss, damage, or delay.” The question is whether or not the passenger who started this thread signed a waiver.

All airlines carry pets. It s unlikely that will change. Therefor it is your responsibility to be prepared. 1) carry appropriate meds with you. 2) tell the flight attendant of you condition and solicit that person's help in being seated as far as possible from any pets.
