You may want to check your Tier points activity in your account because if you spent 20,000 in Nov they may have posted to your account already. Log into your account then click recent activity in the blue block. Now click on where it says "View All Activity" in blue text to the right. Where it says "point type"click on "Tier Qualifing Points" this will show you when the 1500 points post from the credit card. The points in my account post a week after charging 10K. My regular points post about a week after the due date in that month. Good Luck!

Hi The points you earn above the 110,000 do not count towards anything.... You just have more points to use. You start on Jan 1 for your next Companion Pass for 2018.

Hi The only way you can get a refund to your credit card is if you purchased a Anytime or Business Select ticket and you would have had to select refund to card at the time you canceled. If you purchased a Wana Get Away ticket you will have a credit to use that's good for one year from the date of purchase. You also would have received a email when you canceled and you want to remember the conformation number you canceled because that's what your credit it linked to to use for future flights. Good luck!

The Member may, however, change his/her designated Companion and request issuance of a new Companion Pass card up to three (3) times each calendar year that the Member maintains Companion Pass status. Hi There is no other way. Your account will set back to zero on midnight of Dec 31st. The Member will not accrue any points for any portion of the ticket that has been flown until the entire ticket has been completed!. My points usually post the day after I compleate my flight. That's why I alyays purchase one way tickets. Good Luck!

Hi Erin, Yes, you can request past flight points for flights completed in the past 12 months. To claim points for a past flight, simply log into your account, select My Account and choose the Manage tab within My Rapid Rewards. Choose Request past points in the grey bar and enter your record locator (confirmation number) from your reservation. After verification of your flight information (approximately 3-5 days), points will be deposited into your account. You can only earn points from the credit card when you purchase a ticket with that card. If you do not have a Chase Rapid Reward Credit Card you may want to get one because you can get 40,000 points if you do what's needed.

Hi You may want to check your monthly Credit Card statement for October. My points post in my Rapid Reward account 7-10 days after the due date for each month. About 5-7 days after your due date of your Credit Card bill you can view your statement. Log into your Chase Credit Card account online to see how many points will be transferred. Then click on where it say "current balance, Then click on where it says "see statements" in green text. You will see 2016 click that, now it should say October, click on that and half way down the page you will see "Southwest Airlines Rapid rewards Summery. This will tell you how many points are being transferred. Good luck!
