If you have multiple travel funds you would have to combine them yourself. Keep in mind you can only combine funds for each person individually. Meaning if you personally have 2 funds say $200 and another fund in your name for $100 you should book any flight you can find for $300 then cancel it. This way when the funds expire and you call to request the extension it will only be $100 instead of $200. Keep in mind if each person in your group has 1 fund then you will each lose $100 and you can't combine your funds with someone else's. -Blake

If you are traveling with a service animal you can request to pre board. You didn't need to pay extra to get the "business Select" ticket. With seats not being available I only see 3 ways that this happens 1. Your on a connection flight and your first flight was late and your 2nd flight had started boarding before you arrived 2. You were late to the gate at boarding 3. Southwest has flights that go from A-B-C-D also called a thru flight in this case if someone is going From A-C on the same plane they get to stay on the plane when the plane arrives at midway point B and FAs usually allow those staying on the plane to switch seats before your flight boards. In this case I occasionally see lots of thru passengers but the most i have seen was 57 (a group booking that i was apart of and another volleyball team) that was 4 years a go. Now days the most I have seen is 19 (was actually last night on a DTW-BNA-PHX route) even with this many people it won't make every seat taken. sure maybe the bulk head is full but rows 2-11 should have at least 1 seat for you if you boarded in your A1-15 group when it was called. I also agree it would be nice to save frequent travelers info on our profile that way no matter which method you use to book you can just make a click or 2 and make life much easier and it would help when it comes to booking a flight with just a couple seats left as typing out all the info can make a difference in getting the flight or not. Since they are over 11 years old they can travel alone no add on fees and no parent required to check them in. Back when I was under 18 it asked me to enter my parents information to book the flight but that's just in case of an emergency I checked in and boarded just like any adult passenger back in those days. Also since they are under 18 they don't need any ID to get through security but it doesn't hurt to have a school ID just in case. -Blake

You could book the flight now and once you get the companion pass within the next several weeks you can then add the companion to your reservation. You could also book the companion on points temporarily to hold the seat until you get the companion pass. This way you won't need to wait for the pass to book a flight. -Blake

Sorry to hear the new flight you were booked on doesn't work with your schedule. Southwest just did some May schedule changes and unfortunately that affected a lot of customers. Since Southwest changed your flight you have 2 options 1 you can change to any other flight within 14 days of original departure (same city pairs) or option 2 if none of the flights work for you then you can reach out to Southwest and request a refund to the original form of payment. *If you do option 2 and used travel funds for this flight you will get the travel funds back to use before the expiration date that is on this ticket. If you need to contact southwest to change your flight i would reach out through Facebook or Twitter DM for the fastest response as hold times are long on the phone. Southwest just made schedule changes this past week so tons of people are calling that's why hold times are so long and with hold times increasing that can be due to agents going offline or calls being longer than normal as well as A List customers who call in will get priority. -Blake

If you were booking through southwest vacations that is not actually run by Southwest instead I believe it is a company called Apple reality (or something like that) that customers service number is very limited in what it can do. I woukd try contacting customer relations at 855-234-4654 or reach out to Southwest on Facebook or Twitter for the fastest response. With flight numbers not existing it is possible because southwest just did schedule revisions the last couple days so a flight that existed last week may be no more today. -Blake

As mentioned by TheMiddleSeat this will depend on several factors one of the biggest factors will be if your plane is early/on time/Late. If your flight is early the ops agent may allow you to get off for a few to use the restroom or grab a snack. If you are on time or late they may ask you to remain on the plane. In my experience this decision has always been up to the ops agent who will be boarding the flight. If the ops agent allows you to get off the plane be sure to arrive back at the specified time as you will board first since you would have already been on the plane. My advice for stops with no plane change is to bring a snack with you and bring a drink with you that way if you can't get off the plane you at least have something to munch on. If you stay on the plane you can move seats once the thru count is done so if you checked in late and had a bad seat for the first leg you can move to the seat of your choice for the next flight. Another note aircraft swaps could happen if they swap your plane where you would stay on you would have to deplane and board a new plane you should still board first unless your first flight was late and they began boarding without you. -Blake

So when you book a reservation with the LUV voucher and credit card you will get a flight confirmation number should you cancel the flight the funds (the LUV voucher and credit card funds) will be held under that confirmation number that you canceled and those funds will expire 5/1/21 (or the date your LUV voucher expires) if Southwest were to cancel your flight you could reach out to customer relations to see about an extension but until you reach out those funds will be held under the confirmation number with the May 1st expiration date

Sorry you have been having issues with the inflight WiFi. If you paid for the wifi and it didn't work you can Contact Customer Relations and they can assist you. You can also share your feedback about the wifi with them as well so they can document your complaint for review. I got 2 changes but luckily they were only 40min and 2 hours nothing crazy this time. Changing on the app and website is very easy. I would avoid calling if you can because hold times will be long. Sorry you have been on hold for so long. Currently Southwest is revising some schedules based on demand and this is causing phone lines to get clogged with lots of calls for people trying to change flights. I would try reaching out to Southwest on Facebook or Twitter in a DM and hopefully they. can assist. Keep in mind after 24 hours the ticket becomes non refundable. First I’m sorry for your loss. Southwest doesn’t provide bereavement fares so when you book last minute your most likely going to pay the premium price also it’s not that you were upcharged you just had to pay the difference in fare so if you bought your original flight for $100 but then when you changed the reservation that flight is $300 you would have had to pay the $200 difference this happens on all airlines some will also charge you a change fee on top of that fare difference. With the gun case keep in mind all bags at an airport are subject to search it is very possible that TSA tried to open the case for inspection. With reporting it to Southwest did you go to the site listed on your damaged bag claim to follow up with southwest or reach out to the phone number on the claim? If not I would do that although it may be too late as claims say you have 21 days to provide receipts and pictures to southwest though that website -Blake
