This isn't the correct location to post this but there wasn't another other option to choose. I'm holding to speak with a customer service representative and the music is too loud. I think there should be an option offered to select music or no music. While having to wait you may do other tasks but the music and voice talking is distracting. Please consider this option. This feature is offered by another large company. Thanks.
