It's me again! Now I'm nervous about installing the Cares harness. I've read about installing it over the tray (where the passenger behind cannot use the tray) and under the tray (so that the passenger can use the tray). Is it under the tray for Southwest (flying on 737-700)? Does "under the tray" mean the space between the actual tray and the seat OR the space between the tray and its housing (I can't figure out the word for it)? If I completely forget, will the flight attendants be able to help me figure it out? Thanks!

Just a few questions as this is the first time I've traveled with two young ones before! I'm traveling with another adult, a toddler using a Cares harness, and a 1 yr old in a car seat. I know that the car seat always has to be in the window seat. However, can I sit the Cares harness toddler in the middle seat, with me in the aisle seat (all of us on the same row)? The 2nd adult will sit across the aisle from us (I think). I would hate to have to sit two in front and two in behind (because there will be a stranger sitting in the aisle seat who would have to deal with a rambunctous toddler and maybe crying baby). Thanks so much for your help!
