I am so angry right now. I have an elderly mother sitting in Burbank on her way to Vancouver and her flight is over 1 1/2 hours delayed with absolutely no explination or apology. My mother is also in the early stages of dementia. I'm sure she is already fatigued, a 10 1/2 hour day in air and airports was bad enough but 12 hours really?? The fatigue will probably cause her more confusion especially with no one trying to help or give an explination. We have loved the care and treatment she has received flying with Southwest but I am so upset right now having her flying with you again is the last thing on my mind.
