@Donato_N I don't know that public tours are available, but you can contact Customer Relations and see if one could be available.

@Jeverett According to SWA’s career FAQ:
We love that you’re excited to hear from Southwest. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide individual updates; however, your application status is on your dashboard. Once we’ve filled the position, the job status will change to “closed.” “Under Review” means we’re still in the process of reviewing candidates. Please be assured all applications submitted online are carefully reviewed by our Recruiting Team, but we do receive a high volume of applications. Only the most competitive applicants will be contacted for an interview.

@Atx2024 I would think you would need to turn down the ramp agent job, and have to start the interview process all over again for CSA. I could be wrong though.

@DMayes12 I believe that if you are reapplying to a position that has the same job requisition (and have not waited the 1 year waiting period before you can reapply), the ATS will send you an error message to prevent applicants applying.
My advice would be to reach out to the SWA employee you have already been in communication with and ask ifcan be done on their side of thr process

@CEvans have you interviewed for flight attendant? I would think having more than one application submitted for different positions would disqualify you.

It’s mentioned on most job postings if it’s remote. Many companies have made the decision to bring employees back onsite. I don’t work for SW, but I am assuming that’s the direction they are moving.

Are you asking Southwest a question regarding another air carrier (United ) offers this type of program? You might want to reach out to United if that is accurate.

Details make the difference. When applying for a job, make sure everything ( including your contact information) is correct before submitting. Spellcheck can be caught before submission. It sounds like you might be lucky and your application is still being reviewed.

@scharesmk just curious as why you want to speak to a recruiter before you have applied to a position? Your work experience should speak for itself. Right?

@placematt22 showing in process is a good sign you might be contacted for an interview. I’m sure you can imagine that SW receives tons of applications, so it does take time to review and coordinate. Good luck to you.

@MGorajewski “in process” is still a good thing for you. That means that even though the jobs have closed, you currently have not been disqualified. Once the jobs are closed, it still takes time for the recruiters to go through all the applicants. The process is very long, and it will take time until you hear something. Good luck to you!
