I have traveled with Southwest for over 15 years nearly exclusively. Even with some minor inconveniences, I would choose Southwest because of their exceptional customer service. Today has changed my perception as I missed a connecting flight back home due to weather that delayed my initial flight. I was not happy that my flight had already left, but I understand the situation. The C11 spot that I was given added to the frustration. Why not a pre-board? No "I'm sorry". Very disappointing. You can do better! Poor customer service.
