Thanks for the reply and suggestion. But from my perspective, this is not a multi-destination flight. And if I can book it manually to get from SNA/ONT/LAX to GSP, then the system ought to be able to do the same. It's not rocket science, SW....

Thank you for the suggestions. It's almost working. I am using the Outlook calendar in Office 365 (outlook.office.com). I also have Outlook For Mac loaded on my mac (which I rarely use). I use Chrome as my browser. I went and changed the settings as suggested in the Apple Calendar app, although they look slightly different than below. However, there is no selection other than Microsoft Outlook in the default calendar app listing. (no Office 365, office.com. etc.) And in the default calendar setting, it appears the most appropriate setting is selected calendar. So the Outlook for Mac calendar is now being populated automatially, but not the Outlook calendar in Office 365 (outlook.office.com) On the accounts tab, I am able to select my exchange calendar as noted below. Any ideas what to change in order to get my outlook.office.com calendar populated with my SW flights? Thanks! Dave

So, we've been flying from SNA, ONT and/or LAX to GSP for the past 5-6 years now to visit our daugher and her family in Fletcher, NC. Every time we book these flights, we get the message that SW does not operated flights to GSP from our departure airports. Yet, we can go and book the flights separately to ATL and then ATL to GSP. (Previously could do the same thing to HOU when you used to fly into GSP from there, but that's another story, as now EVERYTHING into GSP goes through ATL...) Anyway, we complained a few years ago to the SW offices; told the website was being redesigned and should resolve this issue. Yet when it was released within the past year, still cannot book a flight reservation from SNA, ONT and/or LAX to GSP directly. VERY FRUSTRATING that you make your customer book these flight separately and then have to remember to tell the clerk at checkin to link the flights, so that your luggage doesn't stay in ATL (which has happened to us twice when we have forgotten to do so.) Oh, and by the way, I'm flying from Newark to GSP later this week and guess what? Yep, same message that you don't operate flights from there to GPS. Again, had book this trip as two separate flight reservations as well. What do you have against GSP???? With a nice new terminal there, it would seem that you should want to facilitate bookings rather than make them more difficult.... Please dont tell me that's how the system is currently set up, as I've heard before. Do you have frustrating it is to read a message that says you don't operate these flights or that you only do starting such and such a date or only on certain dates WHEN I KNOW THAT YOU OPERATE THEM EACH AND EVERY DAY??? How about someone look at your algorithims and actually correct the problem for your customers? Thanks.

About 3-4 months ago, consistent a recent website redesign, SW no longer offers the option to specify the calendar type that you want your reservation added to. I used to be able to add this directly to my Outlook (office 365 online) calendar on my mac; now there is only one add function and it appears to only add to my gmail or icalendar, which are not my primary work calendar. So, I have to subscribe to my gmail calendar and merge the two calendars in outlook to at least see the flight info. However, for anyone who I have given access to my outlook calendar, (my wife, work colleagues, etc.) they cannot see these fight reservations. Very frustrating all around. I have called SW offices now twice in the past few months to complain about this change. But have received no response regarding a solution I don't know about or timeframe for resolution. Given SW claims to cater to the cost conscious business traveler, this would seem like an urgent issue for them to address. But this has been going on for a while now with no apparent resolution. IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM with an outlook calendar on office 365 or using a mac? Thanks
