EDITED TO ADD: I just noticed the new wording now being used in email confirmations (below, replaces what I posted above). Apparently Southwest really does not want to look up a lost confirmation number for you. This makes it very clear that it's 100% on the customer to keep track of all their confirmation numbers (and any funds associated with them).
