Our flight was cancelled yesterday - BNA to LGA. They booked us on a flight for tonight. It is not looking good---seems SW is having a problem with nonstop flts to LGA---showing cancelled and/or delayed for most flights so far today. Question--yesterday we were at the airport waiting and received a Lov Voucher for @300. If today's flight is cancelled, do we get another voucher? Do we have "be present" to get it??? Before I call either Hotel or SW and be on hold forever, I thought I would ask here. I have a reservation for Dec. at a hotel that recognized SW Reward program. I pay for it with a SW credit card. Do I get extra points? And if so, what do I need to do. Any infor would be appreciated!

I have about $70 of SW credit---all the vacations I can afford this year are already taken or booked. This $70 expires in Dec. of this year. Can I use it toward anything else other than air travel? Thanks for any info or suggestions!

Forgive me---I am sure this is answered somewhere in the forum, but I didn't readily find it. Do the points accumulated from online shopping automaticaly go on the Rewards total amount? I don't have to do anything to move them, do I? I haven't been keeping up with my balance so I could tell. Thank you much for answers!

Sorry for my ignorance! I am trying to get the best use of my SW Rapid Rewards card. I have made several purchases online---logging into Rapid Rewards site. I do see where I have earned points on them. I have earned 874 shopping points. Do these points add to my total ( earned thru credit card) so as to use for an upcoming flight---or do I have to use these on other things?? Thanks for your help!

Just a few quesiotns please. Do you HAVE to book rental car, hotel etc. through the SW site to get points? Is using your SW Plus card allowing you to get the same as going through the SW site? Also, if you have to go through the site---can you also use your AARP credit also? Thank you!
