To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the by Cirque du Soleil® at The Mirage, Southwest and MGM partnered up to surprise a plane full of Customers traveling from Dallas Love to Las Vegas. On the “Love to LOVE” flight, Cirque performers took over the gate area, taking photos with Customers and building the excitement of what was to come on the flight. The Dallas Station Hospitality Team celebrated with 70s attire and decorations to send our Customers off to Vegas in style.
Onboard, one lucky Customer won 10,000 Rapid Rewards points! But, since they were on their way to Vegas, we wanted everyone to start their trip with a lot of luck and LOVE. After the Cirque performers award the winner with their 10,000 RR points, we announced that EVERYONE was a winner and the entire plane would walk away with 10,000 Rapid Rewards points and a pair of tickets to The Beatles™ LOVE™, compliments of our partners at MGM. The plane definitely went wild.
