You know this already, but... At MCO & BWI you have staff directing customers to the next available check-in kiosk. What's obvious to everyone is those check-in kiosks need a lighted sign on a pole that says "next customer". The light turns-off when someone starts the process. The same as any grocery store check-out in America has a lighted posted over each cash register check-out. Customers can't read the screen of the kiosk from a distance. I also noticed staff putting up plastic signs in front of kiosks that are closed. You could solve this problem with the lighted post sign too. How much money are we spending directing customers to the next available kiosk? George
