Southwest Airlines: Tribute to Sparky

For those of you having trouble kickin' off the work week, we've compiled a couple of our favorite Southwest videos that are floating around on the Internet to inspire you. The first one was created by a brilliant Southwest Customer (not the brilliantly talented Bob Hurst). Enjoy!!

I didn't create the second one either. Even I am not THAT old! Bob 🙂

about 170 of my colleagues at the National Information Solutions Cooperative are reading your book, "Nuts!" SW Airlines Crazy Recipe for Personal and Professional Success. This is our first attempt at organizing a book club for a company of 670 employees, and we are thrilled with the number interested in participating. We've met once and our second gathering to discuss SW Airlines is April 14. Can SW provide someone at our St Louis office to visit (mostly Q&A) with us about the realities at SW (what is "under the hood")? I was told Ashley Rogers would be a good option... Thanks! We are anxious to hear directly from the source!

The Southwest Business Raleigh Durham to San Diego and then San Francisco to Raleigh Durham. It did nothing for us except to us on a few seconds before the cattle call for seats. Guess what we had the same selection of narrow seats as every one else And the leg from Phoenix to San Diego the prime seats were already gone. WE thought that there was something new in customer service at Southwest How silly of us. The same free drink coupons can be had for the "cheaper fares" Furthermore every time I ask about my reward miles I am told you need one more flight. By the way my wife uses a cane to walk so the next time we will buy the cheap flights and pre-board anyway as we have in the past. We will also look to find better acommondations on other airllines. We are willing to pay a little extra for something meaningful in return Crowded into tiny seats for midgets and being told you are "select" is rude and pretentious on Southwest's part Thanks for listening Pass this along to Colleen Barrett for she has lost touch with customers The Forbes article went to her head
