Southwest and Uber: Bringing LUV from the Skies to the Streets of Dallas

We know it’s a BIG week here in the Big D, so we thought we’d make getting to and around Dallas as easy and enjoyable as possible.  This week only, Uber and Southwest Airlines are teaming up to bring the same LUV you’ve experienced in the sky to the streets! Not familiar with Uber?  Uber is an on-demand service, allowing users to connect with a driver via the tap of a button. Just pop open the Uber app, request a ride and a driver will be curbside in minutes.  After you reach your destination the fare will be automatically charged to your card on file, without the need to carry cash! APPLY & RIDE with SWALUV With tons of places to go, people to see, and games to watch, we thought we’d give you an extra perk to getting around town. This week only, users can access the Uber app and enter the unique code SWALUV and then ride four times after that will receive a special treat for next week—a FREE ride from Uber! Sounds LUVly huh? We think so too! Here’s how it will go down:

1. Pop open your app and apply promo code: "SWALUV"
2. Ride four times in any vehicle type between now and Sunday, April 6 to qualify for your free ride.  Note: all rides must be taken after the code has been applied to qualify for the free ride.
3. Wait patiently for a special e-mail from the Uber team next week, confirming you’ve qualified for a free ride.
4. Enjoy your complimentary ride, up to $30 off, on any vehicle type between April 7 and April 13.
