Rapid Rewards is thrilled to welcome Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., and the Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) loyalty program to our list of Partners. Now, Rapid Rewards Members can earn credits for eligible stays at St. Regis®, The Luxury Collection®, W Hotels®, Le Meridien®, Westin®, Sheraton®, Four Points by Sheraton®, Aloft® and Element® hotels.  SPG is also known for their No Blackout Dates policy - one of the many reasons I became a SPG member a few years ago.

Rapid Rewards Members and Southwest Customers have consistently provided feedback that they’d like to see Starwood as a Rapid Rewards Partner.  Well, we heard you and it’s really exciting to announce this new Partnership.  I look forward to earning Rapid Rewards credits for stays at SPG properties including my personal faves, Westin and W Hotels!

If you are a Starwood enthusiast but not yet a Rapid Rewards Member, I encourage you to sign up for Rapid Rewards today. There is no better time than now to join!  To learn more about our newest Rapid Rewards Partner, click here.

Great, stopped using Starwood Hotels last year due to them not being partner with SWA. Just transfered 30,000 points to Rapid rewards points, here comes another Companion pass!

Sweet! My 2 favorites finally together in one program. Love it. Now, how to get my pre-paid stay in September at the Boston Westin credited to my RR account?

Will there be any future change to allow double dipping? Would be great to get RR and SPG credits, similar to what HHonors allows. Still, great to have SPG on board.

I am happy about the partnership, but would like to see it extended. I was planning to transfer all of my Starwood Points to airline miles, but will have to transfer to Delta. SWA does not allow the transfer. I have 56,000 and fly often to Phoenix to visit my new granddaughter. I would much rather fly SWA, but I cannot throw away those points.

SWA: please honor SPG Starwood points.

Thanks,

Elizabeth
