Summer Menu Takes Flight with New Beverages, Onboard Payment Options

Just in time for summer, Southwest Airlines is adding two new complimentary beverages to our inflight menu.

 

Next time you fly with us, check out our new AHA Blueberry + Pomegranate flavored sparkling water, a refreshing beverage that can be used as a drink mixer or enjoyed on its own. We’re also switching things up and transitioning from 7Up to Sprite.*

 In addition to our new drink options, Customers can now use Apple Pay and Google Pay for all inflight purchases. If you want to purchase inflight Internet or an alcoholic beverage*, you can pay quickly and securely using your mobile device. We also continue to accept credit and debit cards for all inflight purchases through a refreshed payment system, powered by MOST, that processes payments through contactless tap pay, smart chip, or swipe.

*Flights traveling 175 miles or less will have only water available. Complimentary beverages are served on flights 176 miles or more.
