Bag was sent on the wrong flight.

As I was checking in for my flight from LV to Chicago I asked for assistance from the checking desk. The supervisor that check me in was mad I could not get the Kiosk to work. She ended up checking me in. She was rude and not nice. Very dismissive. I Check in early for the flight please note. 

 

Once I got to Chicago my luggage that she check in was not on my flight it was placed on a later flight that would arrive in to Chicago in 2 hours.  

 

I ask kindly for this to be investigated. I know that the Supervisor that check me in/check my bag put it on the wrong flight perpusely.

I frequent LAS airport. Being a customer-to-customer board, I would forward your incident regarding the supervising CSA and your check-in process at the ticket counter in an email or DM via Twitter/X:

Being a frequent Southwest customer, this is not normal; if a customer has trouble working the self-serve kiosks, I almost always see a CSA on the customer floor assisting.
