Can anyone help please

Does anyone know if you received your boarding pass and the app is still saying your not checked in to see the counter. Are you able to proceed to security since you have your boarding pass or you must go to the counter please advise if anyone knows please and thanks.

I am not absolutely certain, but I think that might mean your flight is cancelled. 

Check your flight status here:

If the flight is still on, obviously, you can clear TSA. If not, I don;t know that TSA will do. TSA electronically verifies boarding passes as you clear security, So I don't know what happens when that verification shows flight cancelled. I suspect you would still be able to clear security, but I am not certain.

Thanks flight is not showing canceled. Actually it's on time . Just wanted to make sure since it's saying check counter and I have a boarding pass

My guess is that for whatever reason (plane downgrade?), you no longer have a confirmed seat, and you are now on standby.
