Can't view boarding pass on iPhone wallet

I used to be able to check in and have my boarding pass avaiable in my apple wallet. Now when I go to view it I am given the meesage "Please visit kiosk or ticket counter for your boarding pass"..
I have never had issues in the past until a couple of months agao. I have the Iphone X and its updated to most recent IOS.

Is there more than one person on your itinerary? That's the most common reason it's not available. Additionally: Passengers traveling on certain types of fares may not be eligible. Infants, unaccompanied minors, individuals traveling on Senior Fares that need to be age verified, nonrevenue passengers, those traveling on multi-passenger itineraries, and Military Fares are not eligible to receive a mobile boarding pass.
