Hello,
I will be traveling for the first time. I understand I need to have an ID. The only problem I have is my names differ from the ticket and ID (my maiden name is on my ID) I wont have any time to get it renewed before my flight. Will I still be able to board?

I seem to recall previous threads that suggest calling Southwest who could make the name change on the ticket if you provide proof of marriage. You'll need to explain tickets were purchased with married name, but you don't have ID for that name yet. Give them a call or contact via Twitter (@SouthwestAir) and ask if they can change the ticket.
