The app used to work fine on my iPad Pro 10.5” running iOS 11.4.1 until the app was updated to version 5.8.1 recently. Now I see this when I try to book a flight. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change. Also restarted the iPad. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

There is a known issue with the Southwest app for iPad unfortunately a fix hasn't been released yet but in the meantime you can use the full website or if you have an iPhone or android phone you can use the app on those devices as the issue is iPad specific.

A new update has just been released this morning for the Southwest Airlines app the app seems to be working right now.
