My Pre-check did not show up on my boarding pass- I double checked to make sure it was entered in my profile and then re-checked in and no change. Anyone have any thoughts?

Although participants in the CBP's Trusted Traveler programs (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI and the TSA PreCheck Application Program) and Rapid Rewards Members who have opted into the program are eligible for expedited screening, no one is guaranteed expedited screening. Eligibility is determined by the TSA on a per-flight segment basis. Additionally, if a Customer’s Southwest reservation has an international destination the Known Traveler Number may be added by calling 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792).

It doesn't always pull from your profile correctly, you can attempt to add the KTN at the airport if you have time and try to reprint the boarding pass, this has worked for us several times before.
Also make sure the name is an exact match. Differences can also cause PreCheck not to show up on the boarding pass.
