Just wanted to know if there was a channel, other than the employee, where Guests (nonrevenued) customers can provide feedback?

Home airport MDW, frequent visitor to MCO to see the mouse.

@ggentry26, if you're looking to provide feedback about your experience as a customer (even a non-rev), I think you can use the contact info on southwest.com or direct message on Twitter (@SouthwestAir). I don't think Southwest would treat your feedback differently or with any less importance if you're non-rev.
