Maybe the IT department is funded by the many of us forfieting flights. (I live and work overseas ~ 50% of the time so very easy to MISS an opportunity to cancel since SWA website does not work from some countries (like Singapore).
Are you using the app? You could get a reminder to check-in that way as well.
Anyway - they still send those emails, but it's a separate issue that for some reason you may not be receiving them. You can search for a related thead on that topic to see if your email service is on a blacklist.
