After flying through Orlando my luggage now smells like dead fish

New Arrival

We had a 14 hour travel day due to weather and were rerouted from Providence RI through Oranldo FL on our way to Dallas.  When we got our bags after a 14 hour trip they smelled like dead fish and had blackish stains on them. YUK!  I don't have a problem with weather delays but why the fish gue?

Sorry to hear your bag arrived smelling like dead fish. Did you file a report with the baggage service office? If not I recommend going to the airport as soon as possible or call the baggage service office in Dallas to see if they can file a report. The website says you only have 4 hours from when your flight arrives to report so if you haven't done so I would do it ASAP.

Hopefully they will be able to get this resolved for you soon.
