I downloaded the app onto my iPad and I don’t see where the entertainment is. Do I have to wait until I’m actually on the plane for it to appear?? Or is there something I need to do before we leave?

When you get on the flight you would first put your iPad in airplane mode then connect to the southwest WiFi.
Once connected you can visit southwestWiFi.com and there you can see all entertainment options (movies, music, games, live TV, free messaging, or WiFi for a fee)
If doing a movie it should then redirect you to the southwest app to watch the movie.
Another way to get to the entertainment portal once on flight connect to the southwest WiFi, open the Southwest app at the top it should say welcome aboard with the option to view drink menu or go to TV & Movies
Be sure your charged up before your flight and enjoy!
