Hello there:
Has anyone ever used a Bento Bag (version 3 or 4) as a personal item bag on a Southwest flight? I see that the dimensions for a Bento Bag are within Southwest's requirements for a personal item bag. However, from watching numerous videos about the bag, it just looks very, very big.
I''m asking this question to see if anyone else has used a Bento bag on a Southwest flight and if it was OK.
Thanks in advance for your response.
Michael

The one I saw on Amazon measures 17” W x 8” D x 10” H . SW says the max is 10”
x 16” x 24”. So it is acceptable.
Are you sure you want something without wheels?
