Hello,
I recently had 3 southwest flights and my galaxy tab a would not play movies. I could watch the trailer but not the movie. I would get a error message stating my software was not capable and needed to be at least a android 8 for example. But my software on the tablet states it is a android 11. I have a flight coming up in September with southwest again and would like to get this resolved. I could watch the movies on my phone.
