Hello there. I had my flight cancelled on Sunday. From Boston to Houston. When it was cancelled my baggage was misplaced. I rebooked on a later flight and logged and incident number. The baggage staff told me to buy replacement clothing. Which I did st the only store at the airport. I was delivering a keynote speech at a conference and so had to purchase: jacket, trousers, shirt, shoes, belt, socks, etc. I kept my receipt and now I want to get refunded. Who do I contact/email to resolve this.
