Are anniversary points (I.e. 6,000) earned for premier card counted towards tier qualifying for A-list. I see it says no "bonus" points can be used but technically anniversary points are not "bonus" points.
Anyone know the answer?

No.
A Member who has a Rapid Rewards Premier Card from Chase will earn 1,500 Tier Qualifying Points for every $10,000 in eligible net purchases on that card, up to 15,000 Tier Qualifying Points per year.
I have looked back in my account and have not seen my anniversary points listed in "Tier Qualifying " The only qualifying points listed were the 1,500 points for spending $10,000 on Credit Card purchases.
