Best Reward Program

I travel extensively for work and so far can say SWA is the best airline and better yet has the best reward program. I've been a member for now over 6 years and no other airlines even come closer to SWA. The only thing that I've notice thought, and I'm not content about it, is that with the time, they are sending me less and less promotional material and same with drinks coupons. I recall that at the beginning, they used to send me promotions almost every month (double/triple points,etc) and same with the coupons and lately I haven't received either or...

Just wish that they were more honorable to our loyalty.

I find WN's point structure to be great and points are easy to use.  I have used them for many family vacations without an issue.  I have taken the family to many US destiantions and was excited with the route expansion that I was able to use them for Aruba as well!

I have many miles on AA also but they are so difficult to use for flights I usually just save them to upgrade my company paid coach seat to First class on Transcon flights.
