At the suggestion of Southwest Airlines I reserved a car at LAX on 1/13/2017. The rate was good, but I could have gotten it a little cheaper through another website. I like to support SW.
When I arrived at the rental counter, there was a 2 hour wait to talk to an agent. This is not the type of partner Southwest should have. I hope Southwest doesn't start to follow the disorganized practices of Budget Rental Cars.
