Chase credit card holder

I am a SW chase credit card holder. I am trying to use my point to purchase an iWatch. I try to add it to the cart but says to log in. I log in but does not recognize that I did. It just keeps opening another SW page. What is the trick? Please help

Try this way.  Go to Southwest Airlines website and log into your account. then on the main booking page (home page) click on Flight/ Hotel/ Car, then click on Book a flight, Then you will see your points box on the right, click on my My Rapid Rewards, now click on More Rewards.
