I signed up for the 60,000 mile bonus for $2,000 spend for a Premier card in October, before the deadline. I reached the spend level in early January but didn't receive the miles. When I called Chase I was told that the bonus was for $3,000. I have screen shots of the offer that I signed up for but nobody at Chase seems to case. I think that the application must have been coded incorrectly when it was received. Has anybody had a similar problem and gotten it resolved somhow?
