we are currently at 105,600 points as of 12/5/16, so we stayed at a hotel booked thru Rocketmiles over the weekend which will give us the extra 5,000 points we need. Normally our statement closes on 12/13/2016, but i just looked and it closed on 12/3/16 and we are only at 105k points. The Rocketmiles points take a week or so to post which is why we stayed this weekend to give it time to post. Am I screwed or does anyone have the same issue? I am assuming my next statment closes 1/3/2017 and I will miss the companion pass ? I am soooo frustrated because I have been watching my account so closely to get the companion pass.

I would try calling 855-234-4654 and see what the customer relations rep has to say
