I havent recieved my coupons for about 5-6 months.  Did you guys stop this promotion?

Drink Coupons Are sent out after the completion of 10 one-way revenue flights. Here are a couple reminders about how they work:

Flights that you took before turning 21 do not count
Flights that have been booked using Rapid Rewards Points or a Rapid Rewards Companion Pass do not count
Double check that the address listed in your Rapid Rewards Account is up-to-date

More than 10 flights in a month, no drink coupons. It's been over a year and I fly thousands of miles.

Try calling customer relations at 855-234-4654 and they should be able to help you further and tell you why your not receiving the coupons.

make sure the address on your account is correct as well as a simple type-o will make a difference
