I purchased a ticket a while back, before earning A-List and included Early Bird as part of my booking. Now that I'm A-List, I no longer need Early Bird. Will they make any exceptions to their no refunds for EB policy?

Doubtful, but it never hurts to ask nicely. I would suggest reaching out via a direct message on Twitter (@SouthwestAir) and see if they can help you.

I had this situation back 4 years a go and they were able to issue me a LUV voucher to make up for the cost I spent on EB check in.
As suggested i would reached out on Twitter and hopefully they can help.
Congratulations on earning A List status!
