Google will not allow me to access RR account information

I'm using Google as my browser. I can access my RR account except when I try to access "my account". Then it requires me to log in again and when the correct info is provided, it asks me again and again for login info. Vicious circle. Using Edge, no issues...

Do you mean Chrome?

 

Browser issues like this can often be fixed by deleting your cookies and/or clearing your cache.

 

In Chrome
  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

 In addition to that Chrome will autofil passwords with those you have used in the past (it saves them). That means that it OVERWRITES the password you typed in and uses the one in memory. If you've changed your password, it may be using an old passord. I've had that happen more then once.
 
To fix the issue in Chrome go to settings, autofill, passwords and find the site (in this case Southwest) and delete the password. 
 
Then log on again by typing in your password.
