What am I doing wrong???? We set up a rapid rewards account for my husband, then realized only his flights could be used on it, not me and the kids, but when I try to set up an account for myself, with everything different except the address, it says that account already exists, and logs me back into my husbands account. I'm sure I'm missing something very simple, but WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???

Solution
A few ideas:
- Make sure you are signed out of your husbands account.
- If you are, but he keeps geetting signed in automatically, change browser - i.e. if you are using IE or Edge normally, setup your own account on Chrome, or use your phone. There may be some memory within the browser seeing that your husbands account is still logged in.
- Double check that email account and date of birth info didn't accidentally get copied over from the broser's memory.

Thanks DancingDavidE, switching to a different browser did the trick!

In addition to other suggestions, the system definitely needs two different email addresses. I hope you get it resolved soon.
