Happy 2-year Anniversary - Lets Celebrate

I received a postcard today that says "Happy 2-year anniversary Lets Celebrate!"  I Went to the web site and it said my rapid rewards number was not valid.  So, then I scanned the QR Code that was in the post card and it took me to the same web link.  Signed in again and it still says my information is wrong.  I'm only entering my first name, last name, and my reward number.  I verified my information and entered it again.  The site doesn't want to give me my 2-year Anniversary gift.  Makes no sense.

if it's https://southwestcardanniversary.com/ then it is a legitimate site. the original poster may need to call Chase to resolve the issue
