Points deducted for refund - not correct

I used the merchant portal to purchase some items.  The charge appeared on my Chase Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card.  I received the points.  Two weeks later my RR account shows a deduction of the points due to refund.  I did not return the items.  No refund was posted to my credit card.  Who do I contact to get the points reinstated?  Rapid Rewards customer service - Chase customer service - or the merchant?

Alternatively, if the refund and points deduction was shown on your credit card statement then contact Chase. The Southwest Shopping portal points would go straight to your Rapid Rewards account, not through the credit card/Chase.
