Rapid Rewards Points

I just applied for the SW credit card & RR program. Once I received my cc, i booked my flight & hotel, thereofre spending more than $2000 in the first 2 months. But i still haven't received ANY RR points. Not for my flight, or the 50,000 bonus points. Its been way more than 24-48 hours as it says in the FAQ section. Where are my points? When will i receive them?

HI. 

Everything you charge on your credit in a month will post in your Rapid Rewards account 5-7 days after your due date the following month.  Also you need to have flown your flights before the points are posted to your account.
