Rapid Rewards for Wanna Get Away is 6X so why only 2X when I applied for credit card to purchase it?

Hi 

When you purchase a flight with the Credit Card you get two times the amount paid in points.

($200.00 X 2= 400 points from credit card). Now when you fly the flight you get six times the amount paid. ($200 X 6 = 1200 points).  The total points for that flight now will be 1600 points.
