Rapid Rewards points

Hello. 

Recently I registered my Chase SW Premier cc account online so I can view statements and my rapid rewards.  I also registered for a Rapid Rewards account online.  I have been a cardmember for quite a long time (I'm 86) so I have many points.  The problem is I can't access or view my points online.  I keep reading that I have 0 points.  I know this isn't correct.  Can someone help?

You need to call Chase Credit card 1-800-792-0001 and ask them for the Rapid Rewards number that is connected to your Chase account.  Then you need to call Southwest Airlines 1-800-435-9792 and ask them if the numbers match. Something does not seem right.
