Rewards Chase Credit Card screen timed out-cant pay for tickets now

I had all info filled out except the people traveling. Applied for the Chase card & printed the 12 pages needed. Continued with SWA order. Chase card timed out (Chase customer service said "after 30 minutes it times out." I was not on their screen for 30 minutes.)

NOW I have to WAIT to get my travel paid for and HOPE the prices dont go up??

SWA you need to FIX this kind of situation from happening. I cannot be the only one. CHASE should have at lease given me my card number etc & paid for my $900 travel I was booking.

& I also have another trip I needed to book. & cant do that if I want the rewards.

Were you applying for the card using the offer that includes the "statement credit," shown as part of the total of your Southwest website purchase? There are better offers out there. Like this one:

People frequently complain that the "statement credit" offer doesn't complete. Southwest will only refer you to Chase. 😞
