SW Visa Card Anniversary Points missing

I am trying to have the Visa card anniversary points put into my Rapid rewards account.  I try to request these missing points online, but it just keeps showing me my existing points and there is no form or anything where I can request the missing anniversary bonus of 7500 points.  Can someone post a lin or something?  I spoke to a rep today and they said I will be given them, but the rep was very difficult to understand and I don't think they really requested these points for me.  The points are from LAST December.  Can someone please help me?  Thanks.

Please see this post where this was discussed last year. Bonus points post after one full year and after the annual fee posts for a second time.
