I have 60,00 points on my Venture card. Can I use those points the same way you would use Rapid Rewards points? Do the points each have the same buying power? 60,000 Venture points= 60,000 Rapid rewards points. Thanx, any help will be appreciated.

Venture card points can be redeemed for statement credit on travel purchases at the rate of one cent per mile and you have to do so in minimum increments of 2,500 miles so the most you'll get out of 60,000 Venture points is $600 worth of travel.
Southwest RR points have a better redemption rate (last I remember seeing was 1.6-1.8 cents/RR point) and there's no minimum increment or reimbursement, you just use your points to buy flights.

It's also worth noting that only Southwest branded credit cards earn you points towards Companion Pass.
