Not all passengers appearing on receipt

On Dec 30, I purchased 4 tickets for RSW-BWI at the airport since my flights on another airline were cancelled at the last minute. When I go to retrieve the receipt, only 1 passenger (me) shows up and it only shows the single fare paid ($254.78), however my credit card shows that I actually paid $1019.12 for all four tickets. How can I obtain a SW receipt showing all 4 tickets?

Can I retrieve a receipt for a previously purchased flight that I have not yet taken?

 

Yes, you will need to go to the Manage Reservations page and retrieve your flight information with your full name and confirmation number. Click on the Resend Receipt link to have your receipt sent to the email address given for that reservation.
